Shipping Domestic
domestic shipping is $8.40 your item will be shipped within 4-6 weeks upon receipt of payment. your item will be sent as economy mail.
Shipping International
international shipping costs $25 standard delivery, or dhl. your item will be shipped within 4-6 weeks upon receipt of payment.
international orders are all sent tracked and signed.
any taxes and/or customs fees applicable to purchased items in the recipient’s country will be the responsibility of the customer. i do not include these costs in my prices.
in the rare event an item arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all please email me cierralouisestudios@gmail.com
please do make sure your shipping details are correct as i cannot accept liability for loss of a shipment because of an incorrect shipping address.
Return policy & custom order disclaimer
All jewelry pieces are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for incorrect sizing or a change of mind. If a mistake has been made on the makers end such as an imperfection that affects the wear of the piece, please reach out so we can work toward a resolution.
If a return is agreed upon due to a mistake by the maker, the original purchase price will be issued as store credit only. The original piece must be mailed back within 7 days of the return approval.
As each piece is crafted by hand, slight variations in texture, shape, finish, and overall appearance that are inherent to the making process may occur.
