Asteria Pendant One of One

The eight-pointed star is an ancient Christian symbol of Christ, the light of the world, and is deeply woven into Orthodox visual tradition. Its eight rays can call to mind the eight —the day beyond the seven-day cycle of creation, symbolizing the Resurrection and the eternal life to come.

Hand-carved in beeswax and cast into sterling silver. This piece also features a 10k gold accent and handmade sterling silver bead.
